CrystalGuard Penetrating Concrete Sealer 20% by Rexall Solutions is a solvent-based acrylic sealer for plain and stamped concrete, exposed aggregate and pavers. It penetrates deeply and protects against oil, dirt, salt, UV, cracking and dusting, with excellent water and colour retention. A defoaming additive reduces foaming during application.

Frequently asked questions

How much area does one pail cover?

One 18.9 L (5 gal) pail covers about 70–140 m² (750–1,500 sq ft) per coat. Porous or textured concrete uses more.

What can I seal with it?

Plain and stamped concrete, exposed aggregate and pavers, including driveways, patios and walkways.

How soon can I walk or drive on it?

It's touch-dry in about 30 minutes and ready for vehicles after 8 hours. Cool or humid weather slows drying.

Will it turn yellow?

No. It dries to a non-yellowing gloss finish that also helps protect against UV.

What's the difference between the 20% and 30% sealers?

The number is the sealer's solids content. Higher-solids sealers generally leave a thicker film with more gloss. If you're not sure which suits your surface, ask us.

What safety precautions should I take?

This is a solvent-based, flammable product. Apply it outdoors or with good ventilation, away from flames and ignition sources, and wear gloves and eye protection. Read the SDS before use.
